Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for electrical systems and heavy engineering equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime for client operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement electrical system upgrades and modifications.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities for reporting and compliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all technical interventions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical technical support, preferably in industrial or heavy equipment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for electrical system analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in electrical safety or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
