Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels in commercial and hospitality settings.
- Troubleshoot and service refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and cooling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and refrigeration systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions for electrical and refrigeration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while performing all technical tasks.
- Collaborate with facility managers, engineers, and other technicians to coordinate maintenance schedules and project requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians or staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical & Refrigeration Technician or similar role in commercial, hospitality, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and cooling equipment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to electrical and refrigeration work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
