Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review electrical designs, schematics, and technical specifications for industrial equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and efficiency.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and technical documentation to senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing electrical systems for industrial or commercial applications.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software, as well as project management tools.
- Familiarity with IEC, NEC, and local electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is highly advantageous.
