In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end execution of complex mechanical handling and industrial electrical projects. From initial design specifications and procurement to final on-site commissioning, you will serve as the technical lead ensuring that all systems meet rigorous safety standards, operational efficiency goals, and client requirements. Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Develop detailed electrical designs, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications for mechanical handling systems.
- Supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols and design integrity.
- Coordinate with clients, internal engineering departments, and external vendors to streamline project workflows.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, material take-offs, and compliance records.
- Identify potential technical risks and implement proactive solutions to prevent project delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical).
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code and international safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on operational excellence.
