Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for M&E projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate electrical solutions into broader project plans.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to procure materials and services efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E. license) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, with a focus on M&E systems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
