Responsibility
- Develop and review electrical system designs, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project goals and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control measures.
- Troubleshoot electrical system failures and provide innovative solutions to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E. license) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit) and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with contract-based projects and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems or smart grid technologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
