Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing devices and interpret technical drawings or schematics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all electrical work.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades or modifications.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in industrial or commercial settings efficiently.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Electrical Mechanic or similar role in industrial/commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, motors, and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., K3 Listrik) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and work in various conditions.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is advantageous.
