Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of LTA and construction projects, ensuring adherence to local and international standards (e.g., SNI, IEC, NEC).
- Lead the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring cost-effective and efficient execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align electrical works with overall project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols to mitigate hazards and ensure compliance with OHSA regulations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents for electrical components.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Mentor and supervise a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and support staff to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of managing LTA or similar large-scale projects, including road, rail, or public infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., SNI, IEC, BS 7671).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient electrical solutions is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Badung, Bali, as required.
