Responsibility
- Conduct electrical failure analysis on NAND flash memory products using advanced diagnostic equipment and methodologies.
- Identify root causes of electrical failures and propose effective corrective actions to improve product yield and reliability.
- Develop and implement innovative failure analysis techniques to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, process, and quality engineers, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate detailed technical reports documenting failure analysis findings, recommendations, and implementation results.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NAND technology and failure analysis tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to enhance product robustness and manufacturability.
- Support yield enhancement projects by analyzing failure trends and implementing proactive solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis, with a focus on NAND technology.
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing methodologies, including parametric testing, functional testing, and fault isolation techniques.
- Experience with failure analysis tools such as SEM, FIB, AFM, and electrical probing stations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Python, or R) to interpret failure data and trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and yield improvement methodologies is a plus.
