Responsibility
- Lead and manage solar panel installation projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar energy installations.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and installation teams.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, electrical design, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards for electrical and solar installations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or renewable energy is a plus.
