Responsibility
- Develop detailed land development designs, including site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and environmental specialists to integrate design requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Oversee project implementation, providing technical guidance and resolving design-related issues.
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to create accurate and efficient designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development or civil engineering design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of land development principles, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Bali or similar regions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
