As a Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure accurate cost estimation, budget control, and financial reporting to drive project success. Your expertise will be critical in verifying subcontractor payments, finalizing project accounts, and preparing progress claims to maintain transparency and efficiency across all stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to ensure timely payments and cash flow management.
- Finalize project accounts, including cost reconciliation and financial reporting for stakeholders.
- Verify and process subcontractor payments and final accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for new and ongoing construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align financial plans with project milestones.
- Review and negotiate contract terms with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions, variations, and change orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia or Singapore.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD), and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
