Responsibility
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications networks and systems.
- Conduct field surveys and site inspections to assess technical requirements and feasibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and upgrade existing infrastructure.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and diagrams for project planning and execution.
- Monitor network performance and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in telecommunications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Hands-on experience with fiber optics, microwave systems, or wireless networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in using network testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork as required.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ITU, IEEE) and local telecommunications regulations is advantageous.
