Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the execution of electrical systems installation and maintenance on construction sites.
- Coordinate with M&E contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems during construction.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to local and international electrical codes and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E construction projects, preferably in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in managing electrical installations for commercial or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Certification in electrical safety or project management is a plus.
