Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and equipment to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess electrical needs, identify potential issues, and provide technical recommendations.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software and other design tools.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices into project designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in electrical engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other engineering design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Experience with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Bali and occasionally beyond, as required.
