Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and electronics systems on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical circuits, control systems, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, schematics, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical and electronics engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics Engineering (ECE), or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, including OSHA, NEC, or other relevant standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
