Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA configurations for industrial automation.
- Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Program, test, and commission control systems, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical and process systems.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and project engineers) to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and test reports.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in electrical engineering, IoT, and Industry 4.0 to drive innovation.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical design, control systems, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) and HMI/SCADA development (Ignition, WinCC, FactoryTalk).
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards (IEC 61131, NFPA 79) and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, Eplan) and simulation software (MATLAB, LabVIEW).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, installations, or client meetings.
