Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain electrical automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all electrical and automation work.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in electrical automation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical automation, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi).
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, motor drives, and sensor technologies.
- Familiarity with SCADA, HMI development, and industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid electrical certification or license (preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
