Responsibility
- Perform inspections, servicing, and repairs on electric vehicles according to company standards.
- Diagnose issues in battery systems, electric motors, and other electronic components.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of electric vehicles.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve vehicle performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with electric vehicles.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems, including batteries and motors.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for electric vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
