Responsibility

  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and technical specifications of GAC Motor’s electric vehicles.
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase EV performance and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EV units and related services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and government incentives for EV adoption.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote EV models through local events, social media, and dealership campaigns.
  • Provide post-sales support, including follow-ups, warranty explanations, and service scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with electric or hybrid vehicles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic technical knowledge of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and battery technology.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Passion for sustainability and the future of green transportation.
