Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their academic goals, financial capacity, and career aspirations.
- Develop and execute targeted student recruitment strategies, including outreach campaigns, webinars, and partnership collaborations with schools and agents.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, from initial inquiry to application submission, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
- Create and distribute compelling marketing materials (brochures, social media content, email campaigns) to attract and engage potential applicants.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, lead sources, etc.) to optimize performance and report insights to management.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining student databases, processing applications, and coordinating with admissions teams.
- Stay updated on education trends, visa regulations, and program offerings to provide accurate and timely advice to students.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance student satisfaction and retention through follow-ups and feedback collection.
Qualifications
- Malaysian citizenship (mandatory for this role).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, student recruitment, or counseling (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva).
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Passion for education and international student mobility with a customer-centric approach.
