Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their academic goals, career aspirations, and financial considerations.
  • Present UNITAR College’s programs, courses, and value propositions compellingly to drive enrollment conversions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to foster trust and long-term engagement.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for student enrollments and revenue generation.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and campus tours to promote UNITAR College’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, both digital and print.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment statuses in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and UNITAR College’s program updates to provide informed advice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A background in Psychology or Counseling is a plus.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, customer service, or education counseling, preferably in the academic sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English (additional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups, including students, parents, and educators.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic and career goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
