Responsibility
- Provide expert academic consulting to students and parents, identifying their needs and recommending suitable Bintang Pelajar products and programs.
- Conduct one-on-one or group consultations to assess academic challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum changes, and Bintang Pelajar’s offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Bintang Pelajar’s programs through workshops, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Track and report on consultation outcomes, student progress, and program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance consultative and sales skills.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, consulting, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to individual student needs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions in Bali as required.
