Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging, culturally relevant educational programs tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to promote educational initiatives and community outreach.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that leverage technology and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making data-driven improvements as needed.
- Mentor and support fellow educators, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Advocate for inclusive education practices, ensuring accessibility and equity for all learners.
- Create and curate educational resources, including digital content, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
- Represent Technokids Philippines at educational conferences, workshops, and community events in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or educational advocacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience working in multicultural or international settings is highly desirable.
- Passion for innovative education methods, including technology-enhanced learning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently as well as part of a team.
