As an EDI Tester, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining data integrity across our supply chain, retail operations, and financial systems. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from Bali while collaborating with our international teams to optimize business processes through reliable EDI implementations.

Responsibility
- Test and validate EDI transactions (837, 850, 856, 810, etc.) between Clarks and trading partners to ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for EDI implementations, upgrades, and system integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI mapping issues, data discrepancies, and transmission errors
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Supply Chain, Finance) and external partners to identify and implement EDI process improvements
- Monitor EDI transmissions and provide timely support for production issues
- Document test cases, procedures, and results for audit and compliance purposes
- Participate in EDI-related projects, including system migrations and new partner onboarding
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML) and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in EDI testing or related roles (QA, Business Analysis, or EDI Development)
- Hands-on experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and common transaction sets (850, 856, 810, etc.)
- Familiarity with EDI mapping tools (e.g., IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data validation
- Experience with testing methodologies and test case development
- Basic understanding of XML, JSON, and web services
- Excellent communication skills in English for collaborating with global teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
