Responsibility
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain EDI transactions to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, including mapping errors, transmission failures, and compliance discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Logistics, Finance) and external partners to implement and optimize EDI workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes, standards, and trading partner agreements.
- Conduct regular audits of EDI transactions to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support the onboarding of new trading partners by configuring EDI connections and testing data exchanges.
- Stay updated on EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track EDI performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI operations, data integration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in EDI software (e.g., IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, Boomi) and mapping tools (e.g., X12, EDIFACT).
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and business-to-business (B2B) data exchange.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data flows and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data transformation tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
