Responsibility
- Manage and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10).
- Execute product listings, including uploading high-quality images, writing compelling descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high seller ratings and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and generate regular reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to optimize digital store layouts and promotional banners.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail operations is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in e-commerce marketplace tools (Seller Centre) and basic office software (MS Excel).
- Strong communication skills with excellent written English for product copywriting.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team structure.
