Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings on Shopify and BigCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Upload, edit, and optimize product images and descriptions to enhance customer experience and SEO performance.
- Monitor daily ecommerce operations, including order processing, inventory updates, and customer inquiries.
- Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy, and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback for management review.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to the ecommerce platforms and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of product data, customer interactions, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ecommerce administration, product management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and automation software for ecommerce operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for data management and reporting.
