Responsibility
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Early Childhood Education (ECE) standards and Islamic principles.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Conduct interactive and engaging learning activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, and group discussions.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s holistic development.
- Incorporate Islamic teachings and values into daily lessons and activities.
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline while promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Education, or a related field. Advantageous if specialized in ECE.
- Muslimah with a strong understanding of Islamic values and teachings.
- Proven experience as a Kindergarten or Early Childhood Teacher (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
- Own transport is required (no accommodation provided).
- Strong character, patience, and creativity in teaching young learners.
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids and child development theories.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based in the area).
