Responsibility
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor each child’s developmental progress and provide individualized support.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster a strong home-school connection.
- Organize and participate in school events, festivals, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavioral observations.
- Implement creative teaching methods, including play-based and experiential learning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PAUD teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Certification in first aid and child safety (preferred).
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse learning needs.
