Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Analyze historical maintenance data and equipment performance logs to identify trends and reduce system downtime.
- Lead the troubleshooting of complex E&M system failures, ensuring root cause analysis (RCA) is performed and documented.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to manage equipment upgrades and technical installations.
- Design and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety compliance manuals.
- Supervise a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical safety standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to energy consumption and system efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports and budget forecasts for system replacements, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Professional License preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in E&M systems maintenance within large-scale industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in PLC, SCADA, HVAC, and power distribution systems.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making and predictive maintenance software/tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
- Proficiency in technical report writing and project management software.
- Strong command of health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards in the Philippines.
