Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack e-commerce orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Process online orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize order processing and reduce errors.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming inventory.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order fulfillment and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking/packing, or e-commerce logistics is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems or scanners.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs) safely.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote coordination.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
