Responsibility
- Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during night shift operations.
- Process online orders, track shipments, and resolve logistical discrepancies in real-time.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and system updates across our e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical or billing issues.
- Monitor platform performance and report any system outages or bugs encountered during shift hours.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the company's brand voice and quality standards.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports highlighting key performance metrics and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, or Call Center environments.
- Must be comfortable and capable of working a permanent night shift schedule.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
