Responsibility
- Manage daily operations on Shopee and TikTok marketplaces, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns to boost visibility and sales conversions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional strategies and discounts.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions and high-quality visuals.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales administration or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing Shopee and/or TikTok marketplace accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce platforms is a plus.
