Your expertise in e-commerce merchandising will directly impact sales performance, customer engagement, and brand growth in the competitive digital retail space.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute product merchandising strategies for Shopify and Shopee to maximize visibility, conversion, and revenue.
  • Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and high-quality images to improve search rankings and click-through rates.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and stock availability across all platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing on product pages, pricing, and promotions to refine merchandising tactics.
  • Manage product categorization, tags, and metadata to enhance discoverability and user experience.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Generate reports on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average order value) and present actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, product management, or digital retail (Shopify/Shopee experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a bonus.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising, UX/UI, and content optimization.
  • Experience with SEO best practices for e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM tools is advantageous.
