Responsibility

  • Oversee Daily E-Commerce Operations: Manage and optimize the day-to-day performance of our online stores across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth transactions, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Online Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase conversions, average order value (AOV), and customer retention through targeted promotions, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Optimize User Experience (UX): Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance website functionality, navigation, and mobile responsiveness to improve customer engagement and reduce bounce rates.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ads) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track KPIs such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure accurate stock levels, timely order fulfillment, and efficient logistics in collaboration with warehouse and supply chain teams.
  • Customer Service & Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer support, resolve escalations, and build long-term loyalty through personalized experiences and post-purchase engagement.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and train a team of e-commerce specialists, ensuring high performance, motivation, and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in e-commerce management, online retail, or digital store operations, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), CRM tools, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital environment with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
  • Bali-Based or Willing to Relocate: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
