Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost sales and brand visibility for gadget accessories.
- Manage and optimize online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and the company’s official website.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging digital campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, traffic, sales) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure seamless customer experience through efficient order processing and support.
- Train and mentor junior team members in e-commerce best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager, preferably in retail or gadget accessories.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in digital retail environments.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for technology and gadget accessories is a plus.
