Responsibility
- Process and verify customer orders accurately and efficiently across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to ensure real-time inventory tracking and stock availability.
- Liaise with courier services to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Monitor order fulfillment metrics and report on performance, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, shipping updates, and returns with professionalism and urgency.
- Assist in packaging and labeling products for shipment, ensuring compliance with company and carrier standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of orders, shipments, and inventory transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems, order processing software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for internal and external coordination.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and last-mile delivery logistics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, during peak seasons.
