Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms to promote products and drive sales.
- Engage with audiences in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and building rapport to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling live content, scripts, and promotions.
- Monitor live performance metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement, sales) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Create pre- and post-live content (e.g., teasers, recaps, social media posts) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on trending products, live-selling techniques, and platform algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback on product performance, audience preferences, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Ensure professionalism and brand consistency in all live interactions and representations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Live Host, Sales Associate, or Content Creator in e-commerce, social media, or broadcasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident, engaging on-camera presence.
- Strong understanding of live-selling platforms (Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live) and their best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to improvise, adapt to audience feedback, and keep viewers engaged.
- Basic knowledge of product marketing, sales techniques, and customer psychology.
- Familiarity with social media trends, hashtags, and content strategies to grow audience reach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak live-streaming times.
- Tech-savvy with experience using streaming software, mobile apps, and basic video editing tools (a plus).
