Responsibility
- Develop and execute growth strategies for official stores on TikTok Shop and Shopee to maximize sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., GMV, CTR, ROAS) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage key B2C accounts, including inventory planning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional user experience.
- Optimize product listings, SEO, and content (images, videos, descriptions) to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives (TikTok, Shopee) to leverage exclusive opportunities and support.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on B2C official stores (TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar platforms).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, customer acquisition).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in digital marketing, including paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) and influencer collaborations.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, content optimization, and e-commerce best practices.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
