Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing).
- Optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive data-backed decisions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to enhance the e-commerce platform and user experience.
- Manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and third-party vendors to expand reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor budget allocation and ensure ROI on marketing spend.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
