Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing).
  • Optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to enhance the e-commerce platform and user experience.
  • Manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and third-party vendors to expand reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor budget allocation and ensure ROI on marketing spend.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
