Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for health and wellness? You Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and energetic E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team in Subang Jaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our online retail operations, ensuring that our customers receive the best digital shopping experience possible.
You will play a pivotal role in our growth by managing daily e-commerce activities, coordinating orders, and bringing our products to life through engaging live streaming sessions. Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Execute high-energy live streaming sessions to promote health products and engage with our online community.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, from inventory checking to packing and shipment scheduling.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional support via chat and email.
- Monitor sales trends and assist in creating promotional campaigns to boost online revenue.
- Perform daily stock reconciliation and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline the order-to-delivery process.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable appearing on camera for live broadcasts.
- Strong command of English, Malay, and Chinese (to communicate with diverse customer segments).
- Proficient in using computers, mobile apps, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a keen interest in health, pharmacy, or beauty products.
