Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and search rankings.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, returns, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce administration, product listing, or a similar role.
- Strong familiarity with major Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for product image enhancement are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
