Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize product offerings.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
- Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and customer interactions using CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility and traffic.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Tokopedia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
