Responsibility
- Manage and process e-commerce orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, or phone, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, track performance, and optimize conversions.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy in the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and customer records.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with the e-commerce website, payment gateways, or third-party integrations.
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks, such as documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce administration, order management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) for reporting and documentation.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, email campaigns, or social media promotions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
