Responsibility
- Review and edit technical reports related to bicycle and e-bike testing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to gather and verify technical information.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates and guidelines for technical documentation.
- Ensure all reports are completed within designated timelines and meet client specifications.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in technical data.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving report quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in bicycle and e-bike testing.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on technical writing and report editing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, report editing, or a similar role, preferably in the bicycle or e-bike industry.
- Strong understanding of bicycle and e-bike mechanics, testing procedures, and industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat).
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
