Responsibility
- Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system enhancements.
- Configure and customize Business Central modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations to improve efficiency.
- Assist in data migration, integration with third-party applications, and system upgrades.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Support Analyst for Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and financial modules (AP, AR, GL).
- Experience with customizations, extensions, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (e.g., MB-800) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
