Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio by identifying and engaging potential customers in Bali’s key business hubs.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Global Dominion’s financial products, tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
- Participate in local networking events, trade shows, and community initiatives to expand brand visibility.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (financial services experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales automation tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
