Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in the Bali market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer support) to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to remain competitive.
- Represent Techno Holdings Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, preferably in B2B or B2C environments (tech, retail, or tourism sectors are a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with the Bali market dynamics and cultural nuances is advantageous.
