Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell company products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or consumer products (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software) are advantageous.
